Description At the foot of the Moléson, surrounded by fragrant pastures of Gruyère, stands the gray mass of shingle roof, (tavillon) of an old cottage of the seventeenth century, transformed into an Alpine Cheese Factory. With its typical restaurant and studies of craft specialties, Fromagerie Alpage can get used during the summer season, in the manufacture of various alpine cheeses.
