Description Beaune is the gateway to the famous Route des Grands Crus, this exceptional route through the great wines of Burgundy and which has largely made the region famous. But Beaune is also famous for its magnificent Hospices which are among the most famous historical monuments in France.

Do not miss the imposing Hôtel Dieu founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor of the Duke of Burgundy, to care for the poorest. Today it is a museum and the various rooms have been remarkably well preserved, like the room for the poor where the sick were treated at the time or the superb pharmacy ... In the courtyard, you can admire its beautiful facades Gothic and its typical Burgundy roof in glazed tiles!

Located in the heart of the Grands Crus route, discover the hilly landscapes of the region's prestigious vineyards! The Grands Crus route links Dijon to Santenay, passing through more than thirty wine-growing towns or villages. It is divided into two parts: the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits.
